The World Symphony is an interpretation in music of the amazing sounds and rhythms that surround us in our Universe. It journeys us from the sounds of the furthest star in our universe to the beats of our own heart. Cultural Ireland commissioned Ronan Doherty, a music teacher and composer in Northern Ireland to produce the composition. The composition is also available on CD and was produced by Blast Furnace in Derry Northern Ireland on behalf of Cultural Ireland. The CD is distributed by Cultural Ireland to nominated schools in the program. |
